Third State Films is a New Jersey based film production company. Formed as an alliance between film production company Iron River Films and live event promotions company 3 Count Promotions, Third State Films is a platform for the two companies to work in tandem and produce creative, one of a kind films and videos.
In November of 2005, Iron River Films and 3 Count Promotions started production on Card Subject To Change, a documentary about the wild world of professional wrestling. With the pre-release attention that Card Subject To Change received from both the wrestling as well as main stream media, Iron River Films and 3 Count Promotions decided to join forces. While both Iron River Films and 3 Count Promotions will continue to operate independently, the combined effort of the two companies will be credited under the Third State Films brand. |
