Iron River Films LLC is a New Jersey based entertainment company engaged in the creation
of original independently-financed film projects. Founded by filmmaker Tim Disbrow in 2004,
Iron River Media started as a small video production company working on short films,
corporate videos, commercials, and live event videos. In September of 2005, Iron River Media
transformed into Iron River Films, a fully operational independent film production studio.
In November of 2005, Iron River Films started production on our first feature length project,
Card Subject To Change, a documentary about the wild world of professional wrestling. With
our goal to not just focus on one style or genre of film, in 2010 we announced the creation of
our "art house" subsidiary Maelström Filmworks, to focus on the more Avant-garde, less
commercially targeted projects that are taken on by Iron River Films.
With many more raw, real and unprecedented film projects in the works, Iron River Films is
constantly looking ahead. We here at Iron River Films LLC are dedicated to creating the most
innovative and engrossing visual entertainment projects possible.
